1) This is a series of four classes, attendees are encouraged to attend all four classes. 2) Refreshments will be provided. 3) SBDC staff will be on hand to help attendees create their LLC’s during each session! February 6 - Better Business Planning No matter the purpose – to evaluate the feasibility of starting a business or to present to a bank for funding - a business plan is a critical tool for successful small businesses. Get an overview of the format and content of a business plan and the resources to help get started. February 13 - Marketing Your Business This workshop will help you achieve your sales and marketing goals by understanding your products or services, customers, prospects and competitors through digital marketing platforms and social media. February 20 - Forecasting Revenues and Expenses This workshop will cover key topics such as identifying revenue streams, analyzing expenses, and creating realistic financial projections that align with your business goals. Attendees will get practical tools and strategies that can be applied immediately to enhance their financial planning capabilities. February 27 - Lenders and Loans: Close the Deal! Learn how to get the financing you need as well as help you understand what “kind” of funding (debt or equity) is more appropriate for your business. Learn how various loan programs work and hear from real lenders about what the banks look for when evaluating your loan package.
